Homemade Croutons

Ingredients:
- 2 cups day old (or days old) bread, torn into chunks 
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil 
- 1/4 tsp. each fresh rosemary and thyme, finely chopped 
- 1/4 tsp salt 
- Freshly ground pepper to taste 
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine. Spread bread chunks onto a large baking sheet and bake until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
