Homemade Croutons

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups day old (or days old) bread, torn into chunks

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp. each fresh rosemary and thyme, finely chopped

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine. Spread bread chunks onto a large baking sheet and bake until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
