Hummus

Ingredients:
- 1 15.5 oz can garbanzo beans, drained 
- 1 clove garlic 
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 
- 1/2 tsp salt 
- 1/2 tsp cumin 
- Scant 1/8 tsp ground cayenne 
- 1/4 cup tahini 
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. water 
- 1 Tbsp. good quality olive oil + more for serving 
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a food process or blender and blend until smooth. To serve, transfer desired amount to a shallow bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
